Which Tesla models do your products fit?
Our HEPA cabin filters fit Model 3 & Model Y; puddle lights fit Model 3, Y, S & X; and wiper blades come in dedicated Model 3 and Model Y sets. Every Amazon listing states the exact fitment, so you always know before you buy.
Where do I buy — is this a shop?
Everything is sold through our official Amazon storefront. Tap “View on Amazon” on any product and you'll check out with Amazon — which means Prime shipping, trusted payment and Amazon's returns.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are fulfilled by Amazon with Prime, so delivery is typically 1–2 days in the US. Shipping speed and cost are shown at Amazon checkout.
What's your returns policy?
Returns are handled through Amazon's standard policy (usually 30 days). If anything's not right, email hello@modelmate.co and we'll make it right.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every ModelMate product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty. If a product fails in normal use, get in touch and we'll sort a replacement.
How hard is installation?
Every product is designed for tool-free, DIY fitment in about 5–10 minutes — no garage, no appointment. Each one comes with a step-by-step video and written guide. See them all on our Install Guides page.
Do the wiper blades need adapters or trimming?
No. They're precision-fit to click straight onto your factory wiper arms — no adapters, no trimming. Just choose the Model 3 or Model Y set to match your car.
Do the puddle lights need wiring?
No wiring at all. They're plug-and-play — pop out the old light, plug in the ModelMate one, and press it home. About 10 minutes for all four doors.
Will the HEPA filter reduce my airflow?
No. It's engineered to factory tolerances to maintain proper HVAC airflow while capturing 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, plus an activated-carbon layer for odours.
