We do not sell products directly through this website, so we do not collect payment or shipping details here — purchases are made through our Amazon storefront, governed by Amazon's own privacy policy.

How we use your information. We use your email to send the product updates and offers you asked for, and to respond to enquiries. We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How your information is stored. Form submissions are processed and stored securely by our hosting provider (Netlify) and our email provider. We retain them only as long as needed and do not share them with third parties except where required to operate the service or by law.

Cookies. This site uses minimal, essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@modelmate.co.
